Well, it has been at least 3 years since my wife and I last had a holiday. So, in January, my wife said “Let’s go on a cruise!”

So a cruising we will go. We leave tomorrow for Ft. Lauderdale where we will take an 8-day cruise of the South Caribbean.

This is my first time cruising, so I am not too sure what to expect. I hear that there will be a LOT of eating being done as the food is supposedly fantastic. We dock in 3 different ports along the way (Panama and 2 other places I can’t remember now) so there will be some sightseeing.

I am definitely looking forward to a little rest and relaxation. It has definitely been too long. I had hoped to bring a few good books to read such as The Investment Zoo, but my wife said that this is a pleasure cruise. But I love reading about finances!! Oh well. I guess I’ll have to sit back and read something meaningless.

Bottom line is that I will not be posting until I get back from my trip. I have some ideas that I want to spring on you when I get back to liven things up.
